I think this would be great with all kinds of different low-carb veggies. And also I can make different mixtures – one for me, one for my son, and one for the dog.

Since there are two videos for this recipe I’ll simply link to Chef John’s site for the fish and sauce videos. Warning: This recipe uses a very, very small amount of flour to coat the fish along with egg. Since the amount of flour is so small, and considering the way I’m approaching my WOE I’m not going to worry about it. I figure at the most it’s going to be 1 carb.
