This is one of the three blogs I have on Low Carb My Way. The main one is where I do most of my posting, but I’ve got one where I list Video Recipes I’ve found around the web, and then there’s this one for me to record my weekly menus (and report on how successful I was with them) and also to keep track of recipes that I find that I’d like to try. Figured since I’m doing so much of this on the web I might as well do the same with my recipes. When I try them, and if I will keep them in my plan, I’ll move the recipe over to the main blog. If not, they may just get deleted or I’ll ask for some suggestions on how to improve it – or where I might have gone wrong with them.

I’m not a very good cook. I like simple things – nothing with twenty exotic ingredients.

So we’ll see how this all works for me.
