I take the 1000mg from The Vitamin Shoppe twice a day. They have not only Omega 3 but also Omega 6 and Omega 9. I really think that this has helped greatly with my weight loss. I’ve never lost weight this fast. I also noticed (before I got this cold) that I was able to sleep a lot more at night than I had before. I’ve been looking around for some articles on exactly why the Flax Seed Oil helps with weight loss. But I guess the important thing is that it sure does seem to be working for me.
