Friday Weigh-In – 3/26

I have to say I’m surprised I’ve lost anything because I was so off the program, but, I’m at 300, so I did lose another pound this week.
I know what my problem is – I don’t have anything here to eat for most meals so I have to get some groceries in here and stop going out to get food. I have figured out how to eat out that’s pretty good, like ordering salads, making sure that I don’t use high carb dressings (or use no dressings) and even when I do order a cheeseburger I don’t eat the bun. But, time to get back to making stuff at home.
